Well, here it goes again. hehe. Thou I 've only took my nap late this morning around 3 am yet managed to wake up as early as 6 something without any concern or plan for the day. Straight away open up my lappy and connected to the net. While browsing certain pages, my mind came across about the latest movie in the cinema. Rush out to prepare necessary arrangement and drove towards Jusco Bukit Raja. Luckily managed to get a place with a tip top view while at the same time, enjoying the movie at the very first show in the morning.
Personally for me, SA offered nothing less than a great special effects, epic romantic comedy adventure, scenes and action sequences about magic, fantasy, dragons and a tutorial from A-Z for those freaking nerdy physic guy on how to score a hot chic at the end of the day. LOL. For a Nicolas Cage die-hard-fan such as mine who admired his performance , style and creativity in presenting his character through each of his film, he'd successfully injected the humour in his slumberness like what he did previously in NT 1 & 2.
The story board mainly evolved around the Prime Merlinian, a special young man destined to be a great sorcerer finds the fate of the world rests on his seemingly unreliable shoulders, as the evil Morgana who has been trapped within a nesting doll, is destined to be released from her prison to awaken evil sorcerers from the dead and enslave the world.
In the beginning, you'll be briefed about how the Great Merlin had these so called 3 apprentices - Balthazar Blake (Nicolas Cage), Veronica (Monica Bellucci) and Maxim Horvath (Alfred Molina) who last turned against them and became Morgana (Alice Krige) follower, the evil sorcerer and the one and only Merlin enemy.
After Merlin has been defeated by Morgana and Maxim, Veronica locked Morgana in her own body by performing a fusion magic and trapped in a nesting doll by Balthazar. Merlin gave his dragon ring to Balthazar and asked him to find the only person who's able to defeat Morgana in the future. After a thousand years searching for the Prime Merlinian, Balthazar came across a child name Dave Stutler (Jay Baruchel), a seemingly average guy who demonstrates hidden potential, as his reluctant protege.
The sorcerer gives his unwilling accomplice a crash course in the art and science of magic, and together, these unlikely partners work to stop the forces of darkness. It'll take all the courage Dave can muster to survive his training, save the city and get the girl as he becomes "The Sorcerer's Apprentice".
In overall, the movie is kind of fun and interesting to be enjoy with friends and family. It's not to heavy for kids, still the movie need some kind of improvising catalyst to further enhanced the story board. For more info, please visit your nearest cinema and watch it by your self. Tp ingt tau, time tgk wyg tu, tgk wyg btol2, jgn wat wyg lak. LOL
Later than , I stopped by at Nando's coz can't withstand the temptation of the spices and aromas of the one and only extra hot pery2 chicken with extra hot pery2 sauce. hehe. Yet, even thou I just had a quarter chicken with no side line, I'm still able to drop by at the nearest McDonald to reward my self with Groooovy Chix Burger. I noticed that the mega sale already started but I'm not in a mood for shopping. Maybe next time la kut. :p
