Say NO to Baby Dumping!!

PETALING JAYA: The Cabinet has decided to classify baby dumping that leads to the death of babies as a crime that warrants the death sentence. This was needed to nail those responsible for the deaths of the babies, said Women, Family and Community Develop­ment Minister Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil. “The Cabinet has decided that the Home Ministry through the police, investigate these cases as murder when a baby dies,” she said.

Police would be asked to conduct DNA tests to identify the parents of dead babies, she said in a statement. Under Section 302 of the Penal Code, the punishment for murder is death. Before this, cases of baby dumping which led to death were mainly investigated under Section 317 (abandonment), Section 318 (concealment of birth by secret disposal of body), Section 309 (infanticide) or Section 31 of the Child Act (abandonment), said a ministry’s legal officer. Jail sentences ranged from 10 to 30 years and offenders were also liable to fines.

Things has gotten even worst from the day I've been enlightened with the following equation as per below:-

"get laid + unprotected/raw = "accidental" baby"

And the ultimatum consequences from the following equation would be "Baby Dumping".

Thou I might not be the ideal kind of guy in this world to raise my concern here, as part of the community I believe we have our very own part, roles and responsibility to further educate our youngsters, colleagues and our beloved family.

It's undeniably yet undoubtedly, most of these cases involving youngsters - problematic, rebellious and experimental society. In other words, "the work of amateurs". That's the closest term which I could figure it out at this point of time. The consequences of being ashamed and manners of a cowards which resulting in a cruel action through an act of a monster.

FYI, I'm quoting the term "amateurs" in this post not to mentioned as if I'm some kind of a "professional" in this field of some sort of guru. Me myself has lots and lots and lots more to work on particularly to further equipped and enhanced my self with the knowledge especially when it comes to 18sx subject.

The community always thought that when it comes to this kind of thing, men is definitely "terror" as if they've been equipped with all sorts of techniques, freaking crazy ideas on how to turn on the switch, and bla...bla...bla. But the truth is, man knows nothing about it and yet they've done nothing to understand the true nature of the relationship. What they really cares about is how to screw a chix for less than 5 minutes of satisfaction. (cam tau2 je aku ni kn...:p)

Thou I'm ashamed of my kind towards their perception about the subject, I still believe the damn best way to prevent these cancer is through life-time education. Due to lack of knowledge and self awareness about the consequences, these youngsters (and some those oldies) committed the crimes in which at the very first place they should have been able to distinguish between good and evil. It's just when it comes to lust, people tend to bow for it rather than to control it. sigh

People used to quote - prevention is better than curing. Therefore, I believed no matter how educated someone might be, how well their life is - still they need to further equip themselves with these knowledge. And it would be such a great deals if we can look into it from the religious perspective - as our guidance and shield.

Thou I'm against violence at all time and definitely not one of them, I'm pretty much supporting the efforts publicized above. It's just that I wish the authorities not to come out with any punitive measure without a thorough study as these issue deals with a sentimental elements especially from the women point of view. I hope that the end results on the measurement would be achieved through a join-venture discussion between Ulama', organizations and authorities. Hoping for a better world tomorrow.
